Overview of the main provisions

General provisions

These terms govern the rights and obligations of Zatist, s.r.o. as the contractor and of its customers in B2B business relationships. They form an integral part of every contract or order that refers to them. Individual arrangements in a contract take precedence over these terms.

Definitions

The document defines the terms goods, services (installation, dismantling, repairs, leak tightness testing, cleaning, decontamination, transport and other activities) and the permits required by law, in particular from SÚJB and under ADR.

Conclusion of contracts and orders

Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when the contractor confirms the order. The effectiveness of a contract may be subject to the submission of the necessary permits and declarations from the relevant authorities.

Anti-corruption clause, compliance and ethics

Both parties undertake to comply with regulations on the prevention of corruption, conflicts of interest and transparency, and to provide a way to report unethical conduct anonymously.
